kolgpt is an AI-powered influencer marketing platform that provides creator discovery, lookalike recommendations, fake-follower detection, and contact finding based on publicly available information.

We iterate continuously; specific features may change across versions.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the core features of the Service and are responsible for all activity under your account.

Keep your credentials safe and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Credits and payment

The Service is credit-based: features consume credits as indicated, you pay for what you use, and there are no contracts. Prices are as published on the pricing page.

Consumed credits are non-refundable; refund rules for unused credits are as described on the purchase page.

We may adjust pricing and credit rules with prior notice on the site; adjustments do not affect credits you have already purchased.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to: scrape, bulk-export, or resell data provided by the Service through automated or abusive means; use the Service for harassment, spam, or any unlawful purpose; interfere with the Service or circumvent technical limits; or impersonate others or provide false information.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this section and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

5. Third-party platform data

Creator data in the Service comes from publicly visible information on third-party social platforms. kolgpt is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform; their trademarks belong to their respective owners.

When using such data you must also comply with the applicable platform rules and laws.

6. Intellectual property

The software, interface design, trademarks, and proprietary content of the Service belong to us. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or otherwise infringe these rights without written permission.

You may use the analysis results generated through the Service, but not to build products or services that compete with us.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. Creator data, fake-follower results, and estimated quotes are algorithmic estimates based on public information, for reference only; we make no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose.

Business decisions you make based on the Service, including collaborations with creators, are at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the dispute arose.

9. Changes and termination

We may revise these terms and will publish revisions on the site, with prominent notice for material changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; we may terminate the Service to you for serious violations of these terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court where we are located.
